The Challenge

The Solution
They envisioned an onsite health clinic to make care more accessible for its 600 employees, but many proposed solutions involved substantial capital investments. Partnering with a benefits consultant, they were introduced to ModRN Health. Together, they took a consultative approach, transforming existing facility space into a fully functioning healthcare clinic without significant expense.
On February 1st, 2024, the client proudly launched their onsite clinic with the grand opening of “Health at Work.” Powered by ModRN Health, this comprehensive wellness program was designed using the client’s brand colors and themes to resonate with employees and promote engagement. The clinic became a hub of healthcare access for the entire community, catering to both employees and their families.
The Results
The clinic provides day-to-day care for minor health issues, while also addressing more complex medical needs such as minor procedures, remote heart monitoring, and the management of autoimmune diseases. The results have been overwhelmingly positive, with staff reporting satisfaction with the ease and convenience of care.
Key achievements include:
- Providing 330 health consultations within the clinic’s first months, covering annual physical exams, vaccinations, minor procedures, and EKGs
- 358 phone calls and 7,105 text message interactions with employees and their family members
