Nurse Elle, Bilingual RN is a compassionate and experienced registered nurse with a strong background in acute, hospice, and palliative care. With experience as a Charge Nurse and previous roles in hospital and hospice settings, she is dedicated to patient advocacy, education, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Elle is bilingual and an important asset to our Spanish-speaking clients.

Nurse Jessica, RN, BSN brings fifteen years of nursing experience including Ascension (Level one trauma hospital), PICU, NICU, pediatrics, intensive care, and primary care. Jessica is part of our founding Nurse team and has helped shape our culture and team structure. Her attitude and aptitude are unmatched. She supports a variety of clients in manufacturing, education, professional services, and AbilityOne.

Nurse Karissa RN, BSN, has a strong background in medical-surgical care, case management, and critical care. She excels in patient advocacy, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a focus on quality improvement and education. A 2023 Daisy Award recipient, she holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, and Crisis Intervention.

Nurse Kat, RN, RN, BSN, LNC, is a seasoned nursing professional with over 20 years of experience across inpatient detox, rehabilitation, telemetry, labor and delivery, and case management. Kat combines clinical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills, supported by advanced knowledge of medical documentation systems and legal case review. A recipient of the Spirit of Nursing Award, she holds certifications in BLS, ACLS, and fetal monitoring.

Nurse Madison, RN, BSN has seven years of bedside experience,providing high-quality care across PACU, ICU, ER, and telemetry settings. Her previous roles as a travel nurse with Aya Healthcare and as a trauma ICU nurse at Baylor University Medical Center reflect her ability to manage complex clinical situations and collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Known for her empathy, teamwork, and commitment to holistic care, she holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale.

Nurse Michelle, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She brings over 30 years of experience across primary care, mental health, occupational health, hospice, and veteran care. She specializes in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, MeRT treatment, and holistic, integrative approaches to wellness. With a strong foundation in patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration, she provides compassionate, comprehensive support to diverse populations.

Nurse Mindy RN, BSN has two decades of expertise as a Registered Nurse and Research Sub-Investigator holding licensure in 45 states. Her career spans multiple domains, including Emergency Room care, Phase 1, Biotech Medical Research, and GI Lab. As the first Nurse hired at ModRN Health, Mindy has played a pivotal role in establishing the organization’s foundational success.

Nurse Sayyed, RN, BSN has over a decade of diverse experience in military medicine, critical care, triage nursing, and urgent care. A U.S. Army veteran, Sayyeda provided high-acuity care in ICU and burn unit settings at Brooke Army Medical Center, earning multiple commendations for excellence. Fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, he brings strong cross-cultural communication skills and is committed to patient-centered care, safety, and clinical excellence across all healthcare environments.

Nurse Sophia, Bilingual RN, BSN brings over a decade of diverse experience in critical care, cardiology, and outpatient procedural nursing. Her previous roles at Ascension Via Christi in Burn, Pediatric ICU & Cardiac as well as in a high-volume cardiology clinic, reflect her expertise in triage, wound care, cardiac monitoring, and care coordination. She holds certifications in BLS and ACLS.

Nurse Sarah, RN, BSN is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience, coming to ModRN Health from GEHA as a Nurse Consultant, where she evaluated member healthcare through clinical operations and gap closure strategies. Previously, she spent nearly seven years at the University of Kansas Medical Center, coordinating high-risk gastroenterology and IBD patient care, providing education, and supporting diagnostic and treatment pathways. Her diverse background spans utilization management, ambulatory nursing, and leadership.

Nurse Susan, RN, BSN brings a diverse clinical background with a strong focus on research, healthcare operations, and clinical education. Her previous roles in the PACU at Overland Park Regional, Shawnee Mission Medical, and HealthSTAR round out her nursing acumen. She currently works with our partner, ATON Health, and their important GI and lung cancer research studies
